Strong Retail Relationships

EB has developed and cultivated long-term, strong relationships with many of the largest and most recognizable retailers in the nation, including mass merchants, department stores, specialty retailers, and direct marketers. The Company's customers include Wal-Mart, Kmart, Target, The TJX Companies (T.J. Maxx and Marshalls), Sears, J.C. Penney, Macys, Staples, Office Depot, and The Sports Authority. EB markets and sells its products directly and through sales representatives to more than 5,000 accounts and tens of thousands of retail locations. The Company's diverse line of products and strong relationships across numerous retail categories has resulted in a broad customer base, with no customer exceeding 10% of net sales. In addition, EB's current relationships with its retail customers make it easier to cross sell new products and introduce new product categories.

EB enjoys strong support and loyalty from retailers because it consistently delivers, on a timely basis, products that provide them with strong sell-through rates. EB's Fitness Products and Travel Accessories categories are planogrammed,and the Company constantly monitors sell-through rates and replenishes products faster than its competition. As a result, EB has effectively become the category manager for a number of its large retail customers.
